II. POSITION OVERVIEW
The Occupational Health & Safety Nurse will be responsible for providing employee
health and nursing support, first aid, IV Therapy services, occupational health and safety
assistance, and employee wellness activities.
The role will also assist with maintaining health records, medical supplies, and basic
administrative and front-office requirements.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Employee Health & Nursing
• Provide first aid and basic nursing care to employees.
• Attend to employee health concerns and conduct basic health assessments.
• Perform IV Therapy (IVT) procedures, including IV insertion, monitoring, and
discontinuation.
• Monitor employee health conditions and provide appropriate initial assistance.
• Coordinate medical referrals when necessary.
• Maintain confidential employee medical records, medical clearances, and fit-to-work
documents.
• Monitor and maintain medical supplies, medicines, and basic medical equipment.
• Support employee health and wellness activities.
B. Occupational Health & Safety
• Assist in the implementation of workplace health and wellness programs.
• Support occupational health and safety programs and activities.
• Assist in workplace health and safety inspections.
• Identify and report health and safety concerns.
• Coordinate with HR and the designated Safety Officer on employee health and safety
matters.
• Assist in maintaining workplace sanitation and basic health and safety standards.
• Support compliance with applicable occupational health and safety requirements.
C. Administrative & Front Office Support
• Assist employees, visitors, applicants, and guests in a professional manner.
• Provide basic reception and front-office support.
• Handle routine phone calls, inquiries, deliveries, and visitor coordination.
• Assist with filing, data entry, scanning, photocopying, and documentation.
• Maintain organized health and administrative records.
• Provide basic administrative support to HR as required.
IV. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Active PRC Registered Nurse License.
• At least 1 year of Company Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse, or related nursing
experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on IV Therapy experience.
• IV Therapy (IVT) Certification is preferred.
• BOSH Certification is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of employee health information.
• Willing to perform both nursing and related administrative/front-office duties.
• Willing to work fully on-site in Makati City.
Standard Work Schedule
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN
Compressed Work Hours Arrangement
A compressed work hours arrangement may be granted up to twice (2x) per week,
subject to management approval and operational requirements:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: No work scheduled
