Occupational Health & Safety Nurse Location: Makati City (Fully On-site) Salary Range: PHP 28,000 – PHP 30,000 / month Work Schedule: Standard: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) & Saturday half-day (8:00 AM – 12:00 NN) Compressed Work Week (Subject to approval up to 2x/week for Saturdays OFF): Mon – Thu (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) & Fri (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Key Responsibilities Employee Health & Clinical Care: Provide first aid, basic nursing care, and IV therapy (insertion, monitoring, discontinuation). Manage clinic inventory, medical records, fit-to-work clearances, and health initiatives. Occupational Health & Safety (OHS): Collaborate with HR and the Safety Officer on workplace safety programs, sanitation, hazard identification, and OHS compliance. Front-Office & Admin Support: Manage guest welcoming, basic reception, phone inquiries, documentation, and routine HR administrative tasks. Qualification Checklist Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) Licensure: Active PRC Registered Nurse (RN) License Experience: At least 1 year as a Company/Occupational Health Nurse (or related role) Technical Skills: At least 1 year of hands-on IV Therapy experience; proficient in MS Office Preferred Certifications: Active IVT Certification (Highly Preferred) Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Certification (Major Plus)
