Payroll Specialist

- Process payroll for employees accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain payroll records, including earnings, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
- Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports and payslips.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries.
- Process new hires, terminations, and changes in payroll records.
- Coordinate with HR and finance departments for accurate data management.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a payroll specialist or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of payroll software (e.g., ADP, SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
