Description - Review and verify payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Coordinate with the HR department to resolve any discrepancies in payroll records.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports for management review.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years in payroll or finance-related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Qualities and Traits: High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with typical working hours.
