Client Ops Manager II - Billing Operations

As a Client Ops Manager II within Billing Operations, you are expected to be able to complete full review of assigned cases within defined SLA. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Escalate timely and work closely with your manager for anything that may result to an escalation or anything that is foreseen to result as one. This is to ensure that appropriate controls and stakeholder management take place as the issue progresses through resolution.
• Performs thorough review of the set up cases assigned and complete these within a defined SLA
• Participate or lead process improvement initiatives aimed to reduce manual process or for improvement of client experience
• Partner effectively with Risk Management to ensure adequate risk mitigation strategies are in place and followed
• Assist your manager for any BAU-related metrics reporting
• Continued review of content and presentation of Standard Operating Procedures, in line with introduction of new policies and ongoing risk management activities
• Represent the team through various forums

 

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

• Good knowledge and understanding of various Investor Services products such as but not limited to Custody, Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, etc.
• Good background in basic accounting.
• High energy and strong leadership abilities.
• Strong organizational & proven time management skills.
• Confident communicator in all mediums to both internal and external clients
• Strategic thinker, able to review and implement process improvements
• Strong risk and control awareness, ability to effectively priorities workloads and work to critical deadlines
• Ability to work closely with others to achieve functional goals.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
