Who You Are
You are a Project Manager with Community Stakeholder Engagement and an e-Marketing background, who thrives on ownership, structure, and responsibility. You think several steps ahead, catch issues before they become problems, and take pride in running complex operations flawlessly.
You don’t need micromanagement. You don’t wait to be told. You own outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of all projects across the company, end-to-end
- Create and manage Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for every initiative
- Run the annual promotions and events calendar
- Manage the building and delivery of courses, programs, memberships, workshops, clinics, and community initiatives
- Oversee pre-event, live event, and post-event execution
- Manage Google Calendars for leadership and community
- Hold teams accountable to timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate presenters, researchers, and stakeholders
- Support executive leadership with approvals and shareholder communications
- Manage and own the CRM, e-marketing and eCourse development platforms
- Highly comfortable with multiple Ai-Tools for productivity and task execution
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience as a Project / Program / Operations Manager
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills
- Strong written and spoken English
- Highly autonomous, reliable, and execution-focused
- Experience using GoHighLevel
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in health, education, or certification programs
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and marketing workflows
- Experience supporting executive or shareholder communications
- Previous experience using ClickUp

- Base fee: USD $1,200–$2,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Performance bonuses tied to execution excellence KPIs
