Job Description
We are looking for a Legal Team Leader / Supervisor to oversee the company’s day-to-day legal and compliance matters, ensuring contracts, employee relations, and business activities are handled effectively and in accordance with applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily legal and compliance matters.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documents.
- Assist with labor relations, employee disputes, and other legal concerns.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and relevant government agencies.
- Supervise the legal team and monitor case progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in legal affairs, corporate compliance, or a related area.
- Experience in team leadership or supervision is preferred.
- Knowledge of contracts, labor law, and corporate legal matters.
- Strong communication, analytical, and risk assessment skills.
- Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
