Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and promotions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or service upgrades.
- Upsell and cross-sell during service interactions to achieve revenue targets.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales using approved scripts and sales techniques.
- Process orders, payments, renewals, cancellations, and service requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and internal systems.
- Meet and exceed KPIs such as sales targets, conversion rate, AHT, CSAT, and quality scores.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Follow compliance, data protection, and company policies.
- Participate in product knowledge and sales training sessions.
- Collaborate with team leaders and quality analysts to improve performance.
Requirements
- 3 months–2 years of BPO, call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Good listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Strong customer focus with a positive and professional attitude.
