- Provide support to skilled workers by preparing materials, tools, and equipment needed for tasks.
- Perform general duties such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist with manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and basic assembly or construction tasks as directed.
- No formal education required; experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks and handle heavy lifting.
- Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and maintain a positive attitude.
