- Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including processing payments through cash, credit/debit cards, or digital wallets.
- Greet customers and provide excellent service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain clean and organized cashier stations, including balancing the register at the start and end of shifts.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policies.
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness during slower periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in cashier or customer service roles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
