### About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Medical Billing Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential healthcare clients, initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident communicating with healthcare providers and practice managers and has a strong interest in sales and business development.

### Key Responsibilities

* Identify and research potential clients, including medical practices, clinics, and healthcare providers.
* Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting activities.
* Introduce our medical billing services to prospective clients.
* Qualify leads based on their needs, practice size, billing challenges, and potential fit.
* Schedule qualified appointments and demos for the sales team.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM.
* Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
* Meet or exceed assigned outreach, lead generation, and appointment-setting targets.
* Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
* Stay informed about our services and the general medical billing industry.

### Qualifications

* Previous experience in **sales development, appointment setting, cold calling, or business development**.
* Experience in **medical billing, healthcare, medical practice management, or healthcare B2B sales** is a strong advantage.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Confident and professional phone presence.
* Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with business owners, physicians, practice managers, and healthcare decision-makers.
* Strong persuasion, listening, and objection-handling skills.
* Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
* Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and other sales tools.
* Goal-oriented and able to work independently.
