What is this role about?
This role will contribute to the achievement of volume and margin performance objectives for the Independent Retail segment by providing timely and quality assistance and administrative support to the department, working within a team environment, and establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What will YOU do?

• Communicate with clients by providing updated information on company operations, policies, and price fluctuations

• Collaborate with the Independent Retail team on new policies, price changes, order fulfillment, and other work-related activities

• Facilitate the preparation, submission, and monitoring of Expense Payment Requests (EPRs), Material Requisition/Issuance Forms (MRIFs), new account forms, and other relevant documents/papers for the department

• Acquire, submit, and monitor sales orders to the Finance Department

• Monitor clients' daily orders and sales forecast

• Prepare dashboards, reports, and credit proposals

• Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time
  

What will YOU need?

• Open for fresh graduates - Business, Commerce, or any other related courses

• Demonstrate strong attention to details, organizing skills, customer service skills, and adaptability/flexibility

• Above average verbal and written communication skills

• Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations)
