RIA Operations Support (Part-Time Remote)

This is a remote position.

What We Do: At Outsource Access, we help wealth management operations teams streamline their daily business processes. We don't just complete recurring operational workflows, we make sure every report is strictly quality-controlled and perfectly accurate before it ever reaches a client.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

• Guaranteeing Flawless Data: You will perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports and client information . By reviewing data against previous submissions, you will help maintain the company's high standards for accuracy and compliance .
  

• Driving Daily Operations: You will provide daily operational support for RIA activities, including managing email sign-in processes, supporting deposit updates, and performing security checks . You will also ensure operational tasks are properly tracked by updating Basecamp .
  

• Powering Financial Reporting: You will prepare and maintain critical recurring operational reports, such as Beta Reports, Client Allocation Group Reports, and Invoicing Reports . You will assist with maintaining organized records across different portfolio management reporting systems .
  

• Elevating the Process: You will proactively identify process improvements and opportunities for automation . You will also maintain and update internal workflows and documentation to ensure operational continuity .

• Meticulous & Analytical: You are someone who reviews work carefully before submitting . You understand that accuracy is preferred over speed, and it is better to deliver a completed task slightly later than to submit incorrect information .
  

• Proactive Problem Solver: You think critically and review existing training materials, SOPs, and video walkthroughs before asking repetitive questions . You demonstrate strong ownership by providing context when sharing updates instead of simply sending completed reports .

• Tech-Savvy: You have basic to intermediate Excel skills and are comfortable working with spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office . While advanced technical skills are not required, you are comfortable learning new platforms and portfolio management software .
  

• Your Home Office: You have a reliable work-from-home setup and are prepared to use your own device (BYOD) . You are ready to support the internal operations team consistently during US business hours .
