- Oversee and manage all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial planning and forecasting strategies.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, promoting professional development and best practices.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to facilitate a smooth auditing process.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Tax Reporting, Auditing, and Accounting Systems like QuickBooks
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage treasury concepts and general accounting tasks
- Qualities and Traits: Strong written and verbal communication skills with leadership capabilities
