- Lead and manage the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with finance and upper management to analyze financial performance and strategize accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, occasional overtime may be required
