- Prepare and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts and bank statements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax reporting.
- Maintain compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in QuickBooks and accounting systems
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting methods and principles
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
