Recommend tailored accounting solutions based on client goals, workflows, and compliance requirements. Explain service offerings, implementation steps, timelines, and expected outcomes clearly to clients. Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and follow-up activities in CRM systems. Identify opportunities to expand services and improve client satisfaction through proactive support. Monitor client accounts and address concerns related to reporting, reconciliations, or process gaps. Prepare presentations, proposals, and solution summaries for client meetings and internal review.
