About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Short Term rental- Airbnb/ Assistant to support the management of a growing short-term rental property portfolio. This is a varied role involving property listings, pricing, online platforms, administration, and day-to-day operational support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with online property platforms, managing information accurately, and using pricing tools to help maximise property occupancy and revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and update property pricing using PriceLabs
- Adjust rates based on demand, seasonality, events, and market conditions
- Monitor pricing and help identify opportunities to improve occupancy and revenue
- Manage Airbnb and Booking.com property listings
- Create and update property listings, descriptions, availability, pricing, and other information
- Check listing accuracy and monitor performance
- Assist with the day-to-day administration of short-term rental properties
- Maintain organised property records and information
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the property management team
About you
- Hands-on experience using PriceLabs is essential
- Comfortable navigating and managing pricing through PriceLabs
- Understanding of dynamic pricing or revenue management
- Experience using Airbnb and/or Booking.com
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Property VA, Airbnb VA, Property Management Assistant, Reservations Assistant, or similar role is an advantage
- Short-term rental or property management experience is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and spoken English
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
