DISTRICT SALES MANAGER
The District Sales Manager leads and supervises the assigned sales team to achieve district sales, collection, customer coverage, and market-development targets. The role monitors Territory Managers’ performance, conducts field coaching, develops new accounts, manages key customer relationships, and ensures accurate reporting and compliance with Company policies and CRM/SFE requirements.
Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise the Visayas sales team
• Develop and execute district sales and territory-development plans
• Monitor sales targets, collections, customer coverage, and team performance
• Coach Territory Managers through regular fieldwork and performance reviews
• Develop new accounts and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of sales reports and compliance with company policies
