Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales and marketing plans, managing key client relationships, and overseeing daily sales activities.
The position also focuses on strengthening brand visibility through well-executed marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends. The ideal candidate is results-driven, strategic, and capable of driving both sales performance and brand growth.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or any related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pet food industry
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing plans
- Experience in handling key accounts and building strong client relationships
- Proficient in market analysis, sales forecasting, and performance tracking
- Highly organized, results-driven, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant sales/marketing tools
- Willing to travel as needed
