Our client, a growing company in the manufacturing and FMCG industry, is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive business growth across the North Luzon region.
This supervisory-level role will oversee the entire North Luzon territory , with a focus on developing key accounts, expanding new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing regional sales strategies, analyzing market and competitor trends, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute sales initiatives. The role also includes leading, mentoring, and developing the sales team to deliver consistent results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to grow key accounts and expand new business.
- Manage client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the sales team.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or a related industry.
- Strong key account management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven leadership experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
