We are looking for a Medical Evaluator (Licensed Physician)to assess seafarers and overseas workers with medical findings and determine fitness for deployment based on established medical standards and applicable guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed Medical Doctor in the Philippines
- At least 2 years of clinical practice
- Available to start immediately
- Preferably with MOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) training
- Experience in conducting Pre Employment Medical Examination or Occupational Health is an advantage
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver lectures/presentations on health-related topics
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Flexible and adaptable
- Willing to undertake additional responsibilities as required
WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review, assess medical results with findings and determine appropriate management plans
- Conduct medical interviews and consultations
- Prescribe medications and request additional diagnostics as needed
- Refer examinees to specialists when indicated
- Provide health counseling, including guidance on medication adherence and lifestyle/diet modifications
- Conduct health awareness lectures/seminars as needed (may be subject to additional compensation)
