Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and professional personality
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in Metro Manila
- Knowledgeable in collection handling and account management
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies
- Obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Handle collections and ensure timely payment from accounts
- Monitor market conditions and competition by gathering information on pricing, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
- Provide regular sales and market reports to management
