ROLE: Medical Sales Representative

What you’ll do:

• Identify and engage potential clients, including distributors, hospitals, clinics, and other medical institutions.
• Attend relevant events and activations to expand the company’s reach and visibility.
• Present our products to procurement teams, clearly demonstrating their value and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with clients.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities to ensure consistent growth.

What we’re looking for:

• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Trustworthy and ethical, always putting company and client interests first.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Confident in spotting opportunities and taking initiative without constant supervision.

Bonus points:

• Previous experience in medical or healthcare sales.
• Familiarity with medical institutions, distributors, or procurement processes.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
