About the Client The Client provides startups and entrepreneurs with practical legal solutions to protect and empower their businesses. What You'll Do:
- File and calendar management
- Billing
- Assisting with property matters such as conveyancing and leasing
- Expertise needed for conveyancing across NSW (and ideally also VIC and QLD) from contract review until settlement – ideally without the need for supervision from the partners
- Preparing and drafting simple legal documents such as company records and secretarial work (minutes, resolutions, certificates, notices)
- Drafting simple correspondence such as letters of demand, cover letters, and day to day email correspondence
- Assisting with client communication and management
- Submitting ASIC lodgements, company incorporations, trust preparations, and other government forms
- Liaising with third-parties, other law firms, government agencies and referral partners
- Conducting legal research
- Proofreading documents
- Other assistant work for the partners
