Project Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture, with experience in site supervision and a strong understanding of interior design. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely and quality execution of booth exhibitions and event installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site production activities
- Interpret technical drawings and ensure proper implementation on-site
- Liaise with designers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure production timelines are met
- Monitor material usage and ensure quality standards are upheld
- Troubleshoot and resolve site issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering or BA in Architecture
- With 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in booth exhibitions or event setups is a strong advantage
- Solid knowledge in interior design and detailing
- Skilled in on-site supervision , coordination, and troubleshooting
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Physically fit for the site-based nature of the work
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- License has an Advantage
