Site Engineer/Site Architect
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management and Site Supervision
- Design and Technical Oversight. Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- Stakeholder Coordination. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Quality Assurance and Risk Management
- Knowledgeable in estimating quantities, cost and time scales for materials and labor (QS Role)
- Production of as-built and shop drawings as when required
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the management to support overall project goals and organizational objectives.
Qualification and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in English Communication
- Experienced in handling Commercial Interior Fit Out Project is a must. At least 2 years’ experience in project management with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- PRC Licensed Architect/Engineer is an advantage
- With COSH Certificate
- Availability to start immediately
