- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with menu selections.
- Prepare and serve food items according to standard practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Providing excellent customer service, taking orders, managing transactions, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills, customer management, cash handling, waitering, and hospitality skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, potential for long hours on feet.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented, excellent communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability.
