Description - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide product information and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with order processing and follow up on pending requests.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require occasional weekend shifts.
