Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer support, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Make outbound calls as required for customer follow-ups, surveys, or sales campaigns.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
- Meet performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and attendance.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of call center or customer service experience .
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
