WE’RE HIRING: Customer Service Representatives (CSR)
Location: Pasig City (Onsite set up)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution
- Perform sales or retention strategies when needed
- Maintain high-quality customer experience and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- At least High School (Old Curriculum / Senior High School Graduate
- At least 1 year BPO experience (Preferably with 6 months sales or retention (BPO) experience)
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig
- Amenable to shifting schedules
