- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving food and beverages.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the menu and wine selection to assist customers effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and wine storage.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down tables for dining and events.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or 0–2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
