- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a polite and timely manner.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in food and beverage service.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
