Wine Associate/Server

Job Summary:
Wine Associate / Server provides excellent service to guests by taking and serving orders, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. It also involves attentiveness and dealing with the customer needs, menu knowledge, and effective communication to create a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities (KRA – Key Results Area):
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about the portion,
- ingredients, food allergies, etc.
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions, and sharing information with
- restaurant patrons
- Arrange and prepare table setting by setting up linens, silverwares, glasses
- Take accurate food and drinks orders with a smile and informing the duration for
- preparation and delivering it accordingly
- Delivering checks and collect bill payments
- Ensuring the customers are well-served.
- Offer Menu recommendations (upon request)
- Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
- Attentiveness in dealing and serving the customer needs and request
- Take accurate food and drinks order by using order slips and deliver it to the
- designated area for preparation
- Ensuring the tidiness of the dining area and reporting any damages and/or problem any
- related cleanliness and safety
- Attending the daily briefing and communicating with the other members.
Qualifications & Requirements:
At least High School Graduate or vocational degree preferably Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Restaurant Training Certificate is a plus
At least 1 year experience with Food & Beverage Industry
This position is part of our team for a new restaurant opening in September 2026 . Selected candidates will be hired in advance to undergo training and preparation prior to the official launch.
