A Kitchen Staff member is responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, and supporting daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient food service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food according to company standards.
- Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients for cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Properly store food items and monitor inventory levels.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
- Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries of food and supplies.
- Dispose of waste properly and keep the kitchen organized.
- Support other kitchen team members as needed during operations.
Qualifications:
- At least a High School Graduate.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
