Responsibilities - Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and reports
- Monitor project progress and update project records regulary
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly accomplishment rpeorts
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors contractors and prject manager
- Review plans, drawings, specifications and other technical documents
- Assist in quantity take offs, material requests and cost monitoring
- Monitor manpower deployment and site activities
- Prepare and organize projects correspondence, transmittals, and document submissions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and quality control documents
- Track project schedules and assist in monitoring projects timelines
- Attend coordination meetings and prepare meetings minutes
