Qualifications
- Graduate of Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years experience in construction/project documentation is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good in communication.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare methodology, Hazard Risk Assessment and Control (HRAC), Construction Health and Safety Program (CHSP), and permit attachments.
- Process Request for Approval (RFA) and Request for Information (RFI).
- Prepare and update Gantt charts, manpower loading, and equipment loading.
- Document work stoppages and work resumption.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and punchlist reports.
- Compile project turnover documents and billing attachments.
- Handle and organize project-related email correspondence and documentation.
- Coordinate with project team members regarding required documents and project updates.
