Wholesale Supervisor

We are looking for a Wholesale Supervisor to oversee daily wholesale operations, manage staff performance, and ensure efficient order processing and customer service. The successful candidate will help achieve sales targets, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure smooth workflow within the wholesale department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily wholesale operations.
- Lead, train, and support the wholesale team.
- Monitor customer orders and ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Manage inventory levels and stock availability.
- Assist in achieving sales and operational targets.
- Maintain good relationships with wholesale customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and operational issues.
- Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- College graduate or equivalent experience.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in wholesale, distribution, or retail operations.
- Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Computer literate and detail-oriented.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
