Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure service excellence. If you have strong leadership skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
Travel industry background is a plus — but not required.

Supervise and manage daily team operations
Monitor performance, productivity, and service quality
Provide coaching and performance feedback
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues
Ensure compliance with company policies
Prepare performance and operations reports
Support training and onboarding of new team members
