Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Supervise and evaluate restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
- Assist in the management of inventory, ordering, and supplier relations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Implement health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
Job Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication skills, and management expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality is advantage
- 1-2 years of experience in supervisory role, preferably in food service
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage staff esp. during peak hours
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Basic math skills for handling cash and managing inventory
- Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling
- Ability to perform all-around duties (front-of-house, back-of-house, etc.) for familiarity
