Description - Manage daily account operations and liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve client goals.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and internal teams.
- Track project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues and optimize client experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-2 years experience in international voice account in bpo sector
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service abilities.
- Skills and Competencies: Effective scheduling and organizational skills.
