Job Requirements
Strictly must meet qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Law (Juris Doctor / Bachelor of Laws)
• 5–7 years of relevant legal experience in an in-house role or major law firm
• Broad expertise across commercial law, regulatory compliance, and litigation for U.S. companies
• Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on complex commercial transactions
• Open to all genders
• Experience with manufacturing and supply agreements (U.S./international factories) is a plus
• Knowledge of U.S. consumer protection, advertising compliance, and privacy law is preferred
Responsibilities
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial contracts, supply/manufacturing agreements, and vendor transactions
• Provide legal counsel on U.S. regulatory compliance, advertising standards, consumer protection, and privacy laws
• Oversee litigation matters, risk management, and regulatory compliance issues to safeguard corporate interests
• Partner with cross-functional global teams and management to resolve operational legal questions and contract negotiations
