- Job Title: Client Relations Manager (Legal Intake)
- Work Schedule or Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time (includes a 30-minute lunch break)
- Location: Remote (Any location - Philippines preferred)
- Compensation: $8–$11/hr base (Estimated monthly: $1,386–$1,905) + performance-based bonus tied to closed consultations and retainers
- Answer incoming prospective client calls and adapt smoothly to fluctuating daily call volumes.
- Conduct initial conflict checks before advancing potential clients through the intake workflow.
- Qualify potential legal clients by actively listening to their situations to identify strong practice fits and payment capacity.
- Confidently collect required consultation fees live on initial calls without relying on free consultations.
- Schedule client consultation appointments on attorney calendars and send automated pre-meeting reminders.
- Issue legal service agreements using Adobe Sign and generate transaction links via Clio Pay upon consultation closure.
- Facilitate structured client handoffs to the paralegal team for onboarding questionnaire distribution and welcome procedures.
- Assist the core team with key administrative and operational support tasks during periods of lighter call volume.
- Clear, professional verbal English communication skills tailored to establishing trust with US-based clients over the phone.
- Proven background in legal intake or client-facing account management; family law experience is strongly preferred.
- High level of empathy and strong rapport-building skills, allowing callers to feel heard during difficult life events.
- Demonstrated confidence discussing fee structures, handling financial objections, and closing agreements on live calls.
- Warm, flexible communication style that prioritizes natural, unscripted conversations over rigid call scripts.
- Reliable availability during US Pacific Time business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM PT).
- You have prior experience working directly with US-based law firms or legal practices.
- You are familiar with legal technology tools including Clio, Clio Pay, and Adobe Sign.
- You have a track record of success in performance-based or bonus-driven roles.
- Fully remote work model with stable full-time hours.
