Ads and Promo Manager

Monitors implementation of PETROGAZZ standards and all uses of the Gazz Logo in stations, company brochures, uniforms, collaterals etc. Formulation of various promotional activities in promoting the Petrogazz brand. Handles special and regular events of the company

Responsibilities

• Formulates promotional activities Local and national for the stations.

• Implements station opening promotional activities and Expands promotional deals.

• Maintains social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram; monitors content for daily postings on FB Page.

• Uploads photos and other designs, with prior approval from the management to maintain standard branding and imaging

• Monitor all petro gazz marketing collaterals, received and issue items to Retail Group. Conduct monthly inventory and reconciliation with accounting.

• Facilitate to brand exposure such as Exhibits and sponsorships

• Oversee efficient and accurate handling and inventory system of all promo items.

• Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.

• Responsible to guide, develop and support team members through effective coaching

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, Marketing Executive or Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, Account Executive (in an agency)

• Experience in developing, executing, and reporting on multi-channel marketing campaigns is crucial.

• Experience managing a team, mentoring junior staff, or coordinating with external agencies/vendors is often required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present strategies, reports, and campaign results to internal and external stakeholders.
