About the role
HR & Crewing Coordinator is a dual‑function role that delivers comprehensive administrative and operational support across both shore‑based HR activities and sea‑based maritime operations. This position ensures that all HR administration and crew management processes are efficient, audit‑ready, and fully compliant with applicable local labor regulations as well as international maritime standards, including ISM, STCW, and MLC 2006
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate recruitment, onboarding, and documentation for shore‑based staff and seafarers.
Manage crew assignments, scheduling, and deployment in compliance with international standards.
Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and evaluation forms to ensure audit readiness.
Support employee welfare initiatives and provide assistance to both office teams and crew members.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, maritime regulations, and company policies.
Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to facilitate smooth HR and crewing operations.
Minimum Requirements (Education and Experience)
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 3–4 years of experience in crewing, recruitment, or HR administration.
