Requirements of the job:
- Thai national proficient in English language
- Filipino can speak, write and read in Thai and English language
- Open to Undergraduates but must have Call Center Experience
- Experience in sales, lead generations, or lead qualification is an advantage
- Ability to manage documentation
- Candidate must be willing work in BGC, Taguig
- Can start working as soon as possible
Responsibilities of the job:
- Call partners to promote ongoing deals and incentives
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and refer them to the right sales team
- Help with pricing and quotes for partners
- Maintain good relationships with Thai clients, partners, and teams
- Record all calls and activities in the system
- Answer partner questions and assist with portal issues
- Handle basic document requests like brochures and promo details
