Claims Management Process Lead – Thai Speaking
Job Description
Lead Thai-specific claims validation and issue resolution while coordinating with Thailand stakeholders on governance, escalations, audits, UAT, projects, and Level 1 support. Drive process improvements, support stakeholder engagement, and ensure effective claims operations. Qualifications
- At least 4-7years of experience in Thai-specific claims validation and issue resolution.
- Experience in finance and accounting claims for supply chain industry including disputes on billing and payment.
- B2–C2 proficiency in Thai and English ; preference for Filipino candidates with C1 Thai communication skills.
- Experience coordinating with Thailand stakeholders, handling escalations, and supporting governance activities.
- Knowledge of audit, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), project coordination, and Level 1 support.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be based in the Philippines and amenable to occasional onsite attendance for knowledge transfer and special town halls
- Preferred Candidates: Foreign nationals currently in the Philippines with a tourist visa, or Filipinos with C1-level Thai communication skills.
Work Arrangement
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
- Shift: Morning shift, between 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and 12:00 NN–9:00 PM
- Work Setup: Work from home, with occasional face-to-face attendance in BGC, Taguig
