CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – BFSI ACCOUNT (BANKING, FINANCIAL SERVICES & INSURANCE)
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) Account team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with banking, financial, and insurance-related inquiries while delivering excellent customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, billing concerns, and policy-related questions
Provide accurate information regarding banking and financial products and services
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
Document customer interactions and update records accurately
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
QUALIFICATIONS
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
Must have at least 6 months of BPO/Call Center Experience
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
Basic computer navigation skills
