Location: Pasay City
Work Setup: On-site
Schedule: Night Shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday to Friday)
Salary Range: ₱30,000 – ₱33,000
Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills and solid customer support experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through calls, chat, and email while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution of concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Provide accurate information and resolution to customer concerns
Maintain professionalism and excellent customer experience in all interactions
Document customer concerns and update records accurately
Coordinate with internal teams when necessary to resolve issues
Ensure compliance with company service standards and processes
Qualifications
At least 3 years of customer service experience (BPO experience preferred)
Strong communication skills with close to native-level English proficiency
Experience handling voice, chat, and email support
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Willing to work onsite in Pasay City
Willing to work on a night shift schedule
