Cash Management Supervisor

The Cash Management Supervisor will oversee daily cash operations, cash handling, fund disbursements, cash monitoring, and related controls to ensure the accuracy, security, and proper documentation of all cash transactions. Candidates with banking experience or a background in cash-intensive operations are highly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily cash management activities, including cash receipts, disbursements, deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
Ensure strict compliance with cash handling policies, internal controls, and established financial procedures.
Monitor cash balances, cash movements, and fund availability to support daily business operations.
Review and verify cash transaction documents, reconciliations, and supporting records.
Ensure timely bank deposits, bank reconciliations, and resolution of cash discrepancies.
Safeguard company funds and implement measures to prevent cash shortages, fraud, and unauthorized transactions.
Supervise cash management personnel and ensure proper segregation of duties.
Prepare cash position reports, transaction summaries, and other management reports.
Coordinate with banks, accounting personnel, and other departments regarding cash-related transactions and concerns.
Recommend improvements to cash handling procedures and internal control systems.
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in cash management, treasury, banking operations, or cash-intensive financial operations.
Previous banking experience, particularly in cash operations, branch operations, or treasury services, is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of cash handling procedures, bank transactions, reconciliations, and internal controls.
High level of integrity, accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
Experience supervising personnel and handling confidential financial information.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
